We redesigned the post-session experience with AI — starting with a deliberate 10% MVP rollout, then scaling to 100% after a 97% satisfaction rate and a significant early boost to our retention indicators. The feature grew into a full suite of AI-powered tools and helped earn Varsity Tutors a place in the White House's AI in Education initiative alongside Google, Meta and Microsoft.
